Kevin L. McCrudden is the ONLY motivational and leadership speaker in America to ever have a day of recognition passed by the United States Congress. January 2nd of every year is National Motivation & Inspiration Day, which he had passed by Congress after the tragic events of 9-11-2001. In conjunction with National Motivation & Inspiration Day, Kevin created The American Motivation Awards, which honor “motivational, inspirational and patriotic leaders in America.” He was one of the first to honor The Tuskegee Airmen and has honored motivational leaders such as Zig Ziglar, Dr. Stephen Covey, Jim Rohn and Connie Podesta, as well as patriotic leaders such as Lt. Michael Murphy and Pat Tillman.
Kevin is also author of Who Are U? Become the Very Best U That U Can Be where he introduces the most significant addition to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs in 60 years. Kevin was also one of the first to understand and embrace the power of the Internet and created one of the first “Media Convergence Models” in America in 1999 stating, “the Internet is the most powerful medium ever created, because it can imitate all other media and they cannot imitate the Internet.”
Being congruent with his motto, he has quickly established a reputation as not only an “Agent of Change,” but a speaker, entrepreneur and consultant that provides the guidance and tools needed to raise the bar for individuals and companies that are trying to change. He has worked with some of the largest media companies in the world, including The New York Times, Tribune, Dow Jones, Bloomberg and many others. He is the voice behind the LMA Media Certification Program where he teaches the principles of leadership, management and sales to thousands of salespeople and sales managers all across North America.
Kevin is the youngest son of Irish immigrants, a former professional athlete, mediator and candidate for political office.
